Call today for some Referral Rewards cards and several coupons which are in the packet. You can share with your friends and loved ones. On the back of the coupons you will need to fill out the identifying information for both you and the person you are referring. When that person brings the couponn to the clinic to purchase one of our many services you will receive a one time credit of $25 off for each person who is referred. In order to qualify, the completed coupon must be presented. This credit can be used for services and products only and is not redeemable for cash. We will be able to inform you of the status of your account buy will not be able to reveal the name of the patient to protect their confidentiality.
